Acceptance of terms

By accessing SolidPeak Knitworks, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update changes.

Payments and refunds

Fees are shown before checkout and processed by our payment partner. We offer a full refund within 14 days if you have completed no more than 20% of a course. After that, we may offer credit toward another course at our discretion.

Access and course license

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use for at least 12 months.

Acceptable use

• Do not share account credentials or resell access.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

All course content, including text, diagrams, and patterns, is owned by SolidPeak Knitworks or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.

Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee outcomes such as specific knitting speed or results. We do not provide medical or financial advice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolidPeak Knitworks and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, nor for loss of profits or data.

Changes

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
